We are seeking a Senior Accountant who can take full ownership of financial operations—from reporting and compliance to budgeting and process optimization.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in managing end-to-end accounting functions in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, tax, and compliance
- Develop and manage budgets and cash flow forecasts
- Optimize and improve accounting systems, tools, and workflows
- Create and implement SOPs and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making
- Based in Argentina or Colombia
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong experience in full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
- Solid understanding of tax compliance and financial regulations
- Proven ability to build processes and improve workflows
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with global teams
