Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, including theaters, schools, event organizers, and production companies.
- Sales Outreach: Make outbound calls and emails to prospects, introduce our products, and explain their benefits.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products.
- Order Assistance: Guide customers through the purchasing process, answer product inquiries, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
- CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies and campaigns.
- Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales: 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in e-commerce or the stage/event lighting industry.
- Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email tools, and online chat systems.
- Product Knowledge: Interest or familiarity with stage and theatrical lighting products is a plus.
- Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Reliable Internet and Equipment: Must have a stable internet connection, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
