Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers, including theaters, schools, event organizers, and production companies.
  • Sales Outreach: Make outbound calls and emails to prospects, introduce our products, and explain their benefits.
  • Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with existing clients to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Order Assistance: Guide customers through the purchasing process, answer product inquiries, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
  • CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to align on promotional strategies and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth goals.

Requirements

  • Experience in Sales: 1–2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in e-commerce or the stage/event lighting industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English (both spoken and written), with a confident and persuasive demeanor.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), email tools, and online chat systems.
  • Product Knowledge: Interest or familiarity with stage and theatrical lighting products is a plus.
  • Customer Focused: Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Reliable Internet and Equipment: Must have a stable internet connection, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace.
