Premier Insurance Housing (PIH) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Remote B2B Sales Representative to join our growing team! PIH partners with businesses in the insurance and real estate industries to provide temporary housing solutions for families experiencing a covered event. As a B2B Sales Representative, you'll be instrumental in forging strategic partnerships and ensuring businesses have access to our essential housing solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers at insurance agencies, property management companies, and other relevant businesses.
- Proactively identify and qualify leads, understanding the unique needs of each potential partner.
- Present PIH's services and value proposition effectively, highlighting how we can streamline their temporary housing process.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts to establish win-win partnerships.
- Maintain ongoing communication and provide exceptional support to our business partners.
Who You Are:
- You have a minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the insurance or related industry.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets is a must.
- You possess exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Building strong relationships and fostering trust comes naturally to you.
- You understand the challenges businesses face and can confidently present solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is a plus.
