Read this first: this is a 1099 independent contractor role. It is 100% commission. There is no base salary and no hourly pay. If you need a paycheck before you close anything, this is not the role. If you want uncapped pay tied directly to what you close, keep reading.
Apex Flow Inc is hiring 5 to 20 remote sales representatives right now, and we are building this team fast. Students, recent graduates, and anyone hungry are welcome, from anywhere in the US. Marketing, communications, and business majors: this job is your major with a scoreboard. You will run real outreach to real businesses, and your results are counted in meetings and signed clients, not impressions.
We sell KAIS, software that helps outpatient medical practices handle prior authorization and claim review, the paperwork that decides whether a practice gets paid. KAIS runs hosted on Amazon Web Services, so a practice switches it on without installing anything, and the free trial lives at apexflowrcm.com/try. KAIS is live at its first practice and now opening to more. You are selling a working product, and you are early enough that the upside is still uncapped.
The work
Reach out to outpatient practices (pain, cardiology, orthopedics, GI, surgical, and similar specialties) by phone and email
Open with one question: who owns authorization and claim review at the practice?
Book demos and free trials with the practice owner, managing partner, or practice manager
Register every account you touch by email so it is protected as yours for 90 days
Creators welcome: document your journey on TikTok or wherever you post, and we boost our top creators
The pay, plainly
15% of first-year subscription revenue on every account you close, paid on collected revenue
10% of one-time fees, paid on collected revenue
90-day account protection via email registration
Gas voucher bonuses for top performers
What that looks like in your pocket: one 5-provider deal is about $11,500. One 10-provider deal is about $23,000. One 10-provider COMMAND PLUS deal is about $64,500. The math, shown once so you can check it: a 10-provider practice on COMMAND ($1,199 per provider per month) pays $11,990 a month in subscription; 15% of its first year is $21,582, plus $1,500 from onboarding. Illustrations from list pricing, not a promise. You are paid when the client pays.
Marketing Payback: spend on what works, get it back when it closes
Got a better way to reach practices than a cold list? A local event, a targeted ad, an association newsletter, gas to visit offices in person? Spend your own money on marketing an account you registered, keep the receipts, and when that account signs and pays its first invoice, Apex Flow reimburses your documented marketing spend on that account up to $300. Spend that produces meetings but no close is yours. Spend that produces a signed, paying client is on us. The reps who figure out what actually works get their playbook paid for, and the whole team learns it.
The scoreboard
This team runs competitive. Qualified meetings booked is the number we watch: 2 by the end of your first week, 5 by the end of week two, 3 every week after that. The monthly leaderboard is public inside the team. Top rep each month gets a $150 marketing budget for the next month, pre-approved, on top of everything above.
Training: plug and play
Nobody makes a first call untrained. Before you sell, you complete a short ramp:
Day 1-2: KAIS product training: what the hosted desk on AWS does, how a practice turns it on, the free trial, and the pricing tiers
Day 2-3: the call script, the demo-booking playbook, and how account registration protects your accounts
Day 3-5: shadow calls, then your first live outreach list with daily check-ins
You get the script, the target list, the objection answers, and a full onboarding kit on day one. Your job is the energy and the follow-through.
Who fits
Hungry beats experienced. Energy, clear communication, and coachability are the filter
Comfortable on the phone with business owners
Has a laptop, a phone, and a quiet place to call from
Accepts that commission-only means slow weeks pay nothing, and is playing for deals worth five figures in their first year
