We’re now looking for Sales Recruiters to help us consistently bring in qualified appointment setters.
Role Overview
This is a 100% commission‑based, independent‑contractor recruiting role. You will source and refer appointment setters who can:
- Find their own leads
- Warm up prospects
- Book appointments
- Operate on commission‑only with minimal hand‑holding
You decide how, when, and where you work. We care about one main thing: consistent flow of qualified setter candidates from approved regions.
What You’ll Do
- Find potential appointment setters anywhere you like: WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, Discord, Reddit, job boards, and your own network
- Share the Crezivanta Setter role description and application link
- Pre‑qualify candidates so they clearly understand:
- It is commission‑only
- They must find their own leads and book calls, not wait for inbound
- Get them to complete our official Setter application (Tally form)
- Maintain a simple weekly list of candidates you referred (Name, role, date applied, contact)
Who You Should Refer
We’re looking for setters who:
- Speak English
- Can find their own leads and book their own appointments
- Can follow simple process steps and operate independently
- Are comfortable with commission‑only
- Are 18+
- Are located in the approved regions:
- India
- Africa (Nigeria, Kenya, Ghana, etc.)
- Philippines
- Pakistan
- Sri Lanka
- Bangladesh
- Caribbean (Jamaica, Trinidad, etc.)
- These U.S. states only: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas
Compensation (Commission‑Only)
- You earn 5% of what the agency keeps from every deal closed by any setter you referred
- In simple terms: after we pay the setter, closer, and designer their base commissions, you get 5% of the remaining amount on those deals
- This commission is recurring over time
- Payments are in USD, via Wise or Direct Bank Transfer, or PayPal as backup, normally within 14 days of cleared client payment
- There is no salary, hourly pay, or guaranteed minimum
