Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Closer to convert warm leads into paying clients.
You’ll speak directly with business owners who already showed interest in our services — no cold calling.
Your goal: understand their needs, present our offers clearly, and close the deal confidently.
This position is commission-only at first, but after 1.5 months (6 weeks) of consistent activity and proven performance, you’ll switch to a fixed base salary + commission, adjusted based on your results (number of closed deals, conversion rate, and overall engagement).
Compensation
- 100% commission-based for the first 6 weeks
- Then, a fixed salary + commission plan, based on your closing performance
- Average commissions range between €200 to €600 per deal
- High performers can easily reach €2,000–€4,000/month after ramp-up
Required Skills & Profile
Essential Skills:
- Proven experience as a Sales Closer, preferably in digital or marketing services
- Strong English communication skills (French or Spanish is a plus)
- Ability to build trust quickly and handle objections with confidence
- Understanding of B2B clients and SMB sales cycles
- Results-oriented mindset, independent and proactive attitude
Bonus Skills:
- Familiarity with website design or digital marketing
- Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
- Comfortable with online meetings and WhatsApp communication
Your Mission
- Handle qualified inbound leads (no cold prospecting)
- Present NovaStudio’s offers clearly (website creation, automation, AI tools, etc.)
- Close deals efficiently and report your results daily
- Communicate with the team and share feedback to improve scripts and processes
