Crezivanta is a web design and browser extension agency growing our remote contractor team. We’re onboarding independent appointment setters who can operate autonomously — finding their own leads, warming them up, and booking appointments.
This is a 100% commission-based role. Contractors are responsible for managing their own leads and outreach independently. No hourly pay, quotas, or required schedules.
What You’ll Do:
- Source your own leads from Discord, Facebook, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, etc.
- Warm up prospects and engage them in conversation
- Book appointments manually or send them to our booking page
- Create meeting links and update the Leads_Master sheet
- Handle follow-ups and reschedules
- Send agreements and Stripe links when a client is ready to buy
- Optional: Receive weekly lead batches to supplement your outreach
Compensation:
- 10% commission per closed deal
- 10% recurring commission for returning clients
- Payments via Wise, direct bank transfer, or PayPal
Requirements:
- 18+ years old
- Comfortable working commission-only
- Strong English communication skills
- Able to operate independently and follow simple SOPs
- Must have Discord
