Job Description:
We are a fast-growing digital content company and we are currently expanding our team. We are looking for a reliable Recruiter to help us find and communicate with potential candidates for remote positions.
This role is fully remote. We would prefer someone based in Asia or Europe, but we are open to strong candidates from other regions as well.
The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and confident in communication. Previous recruiting experience is preferred, but not required if you are willing to learn and work consistently.
Responsibilities:
• search for potential candidates on job platforms and social media
• send initial outreach messages
• communicate with applicants and answer basic questions
• collect candidate information and organize responses
• identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
• maintain consistent communication with the team
• support daily recruitment activities
Requirements:
• good written communication skills
• basic understanding of recruitment or candidate outreach
• ability to work independently
• laptop or computer
• stable internet connection
• strong organizational skills
• willingness to learn and follow clear workflows
Preferred:
• based in Asia or Europe
• experience with job boards, social media, or candidate sourcing
• comfortable working with online communication tools
