This job post is for Filipino Virtual Assistants based in the Philippines, and with at least 2 years of remote experience as a Property Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage tenancy documentation, renewals, and compliance records
- Coordinate maintenance requests with tenants, contractors, and landlords
- Update property listings, respond to tenant inquiries, and manage calendars
- Handle admin and bookkeeping tasks, including rent tracking and reconciliation
- Maintain accurate records and communicate updates to clients efficiently
- Assist with HMO management, single lets, or Airbnb operations (where applicable)
What We’re Looking For:
- at least 2 years of remote experience as a Property Manager
- at least 22 years old, College Graduate (Business / Management / Marketing / Hospitality)
- College Undergraduates are welcome to apply (not currently enrolled and with related work experience)
- Excellent written and spoken English (UK standard)
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Discreet, reliable, and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Stable internet connection and suitable remote setup
- Full-time commitment — not working with multiple clients

- UK Business Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM (8-hour shift + 30-minute meal break)
