Remote Junior Digital Operations & Automation Assistant hourly

We are a Switzerland-based digital startup currently building and launching a new online product. We are looking for a long-term remote team member to support us in daily operations and automation workflows.

This is a part-time position to start, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as the company scales.

The main focus of this role is building and maintaining automation workflows using n8n.

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining automation workflows in n8n
• Connecting APIs and tools via n8n workflows
• Supporting daily operational tasks
• Assisting with basic content and data management tasks
• Improving and optimizing existing automation processes

Requirements:

• Experience with n8n (required)
• Basic understanding of APIs and automation logic
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setup
• Tech-savvy and willing to learn quickly

This is a long-term remote position (minimum 6 months+).
