We are a growing software development agency seeking a reliable, professional communicator to handle client-facing responsibilities and coordinate with our technical team. In this role, you will:  

  • Conduct Interviews & Assessments: Lead preliminary interviews for prospective hires, ensuring candidates’ skills align with the agency’s needs.   

  • Manage Client Communications: Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, scheduling meetings, discussing project updates, and relaying feedback to the development team.   

  • Coordinate Projects & Timelines: Work closely with our developers to track progress and maintain clear communication on project milestones and deliverables.   

  • Represent the Company: Maintain a positive, professional presence in all virtual meetings and communications, reflecting our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.   

  • Stay Organized & Informed: Keep up with basic software development concepts, project details, and team updates to provide accurate information to clients and stakeholders.  

Requirements:  

  • Excellent English Communication: To effectively lead calls and build rapport with clients.   

  • Basic Tech Familiarity: General understanding of software development processes or willingness to learn quickly.   

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Confidence in guiding client discussions, handling questions, and maintaining professional relationships.   

  • Remote Collaboration Skills: Comfortable with video conferencing tools and project management platforms.
