Go Verify is an international platform providing support, customer service, and commercial solutions. We connect with users worldwide to deliver comprehensive support, manage inquiries, and execute customer retention and conversion strategies through digital channels (chat, email, and calls).

We are looking for a Sales/Customer Service Advisor with strong communication skills and a results-driven mindset, to handle customer support and sales follow-up via chat, email, and phone calls.

Main responsibilities:

  • Contacting new prospects and following up on sales opportunities
  • Supporting active users via chat, email, and calls
  • Quickly resolving customer issues and inquiries
  • Identifying upsell and conversion opportunities

Schedule: Fixed 9-hour shifts, Spain time (includes 1h lunch + 15 min break)

  • Office shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Evening shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (currently our top priority — extra consideration for applicants available for this shift)

Compensation: Fixed monthly base + performance-based commission. Top-performing advisors earn between 800–1000 USDT/month combining base pay and commission. Payments made twice a month (8th and 23rd).
