TTI is a fast-growing tech company in Indonesia, distributing and supporting top technology products. We’re looking for a friendly, professional Customer Service Representative to assist our U.S. clients remotely.

  • Respond to customer questions via email, chat, or phone.
  • Solve customer issues quickly and professionally.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with the team to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Based in the U.S. and authorized to work there.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience.
  • Strong written and verbal English skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and remote communication software.
  • Reliable internet and home office setup.
  • Experience with tech products or software support.
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, Slack, or Zoom.
  • Work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
