We are seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative based in the United States to support our growing international operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, providing professional assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive client experience

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information about services, processes, and general support requests
  • Handle customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and data privacy standards at all times
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, or support roles preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfortable working remotely with digital tools (CRM systems, email platforms, etc.)
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
