Position: Remote Calling Representative

Location: Remote (U.S. hours preferred)
We’re looking for confident, professional callers to contact licensed real estate agents across the U.S. Your main goal is to introduce our platform and collect verified reviews from agents about teams, services, or industry partners.
This is a straightforward outreach role no hard selling required. The focus is building rapport and guiding agents through leaving a quick review.
- Make outbound calls to licensed real estate agents
- Clearly explain the purpose of the call (review request)
- Answer basic questions about the wesbite
- Send follow-up text/email with review link when needed
- Track call outcomes in our CRM or spreadsheet
- Meet weekly review collection targets
- Excellent English communication skills
- Friendly, professional phone presence
- Comfortable handling objections
- Reliable internet connection + quiet workspace
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting preferred
- Real estate knowledge is a plus (not required)
- Base pay Hourly
- Bonus per verified review collected
