As a Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Representative, you’ll play a key role in converting warm leads into booked home survey appointments. You’ll communicate with UK homeowners via WhatsApp, phone, and Go High Level CRM — engaging leads, confirming interest, and coordinating schedules with our field surveyors.
✅ Fluent English (spoken and written) – must be clear and confident on calls.
✅ Proven experience in appointment setting, telesales, or virtual customer service.
✅ Strong Wi-Fi connection and quiet workspace.
✅ Reliable, self-motivated, and consistent with availability.
✅ Happy to work evenings (to align with UK daytime hours).
✅ Familiar with Go High Level CRM or similar systems (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).
✅ Can use WhatsApp and handle real-time communication professionally.
✅ All hours tracked through Hubstaff.
