Roles and Responsibilities
- Review, edit, and annotate data (text, code, or spatial data) to train and refine artificial intelligence models.
- Evaluate and rank AI-generated responses for factual accuracy, safety, and helpfulness (RLHF).
- Follow strict, project-specific guidelines to ensure the highest quality of dataset generation.
- Complete domain-specific reasoning and logic assessments tailored to your educational or professional background.
Skills and Experience Needed
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and research skills.
- Exceptional reading comprehension and written communication skills in English.
- For General Roles: A background in humanities, business, linguistics, or social sciences.
- For Technical Roles: Background in Computer Science, software development (Python, Node.js, Flutter), or spatial reasoning (3D LiDAR).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and follow complex instructions.
- A reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
Duration Long-term, flexible freelance contract. You can work on an ongoing basis as project volumes allow.
Pay Hourly contract. Compensation is highly competitive and scales based on the specific project, task complexity, and your demonstrated domain expertise.
