About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Recruitment person to build 5 remote marketing teams from the ground up. In this pivotal role, you will be solely responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding teams of remote marketing specialists to launch and promote our innovative new app. Success means delivering a high-performing, fully staffed marketing department on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment for all remote marketing roles (e.g., Growth Hackers, Content Creators, SEO/SEM Specialists, Social Media Managers, ASO Experts).
- Develop and execute a scalable hiring strategy tailored to remote, global talent.
- Write compelling job posts, source candidates via platforms (Upwork, LinkedIn, specialized sites), screen, interview, and coordinate hiring decisions.
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience and onboarding process for remote hires.
- Collaborate with leadership to define role requirements, team structure, and hiring timelines.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality of hire, pipeline health).
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, with a focus on digital marketing or tech roles.
- Demonstrated success in hiring remote, contract, or freelance professionals.
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment platforms, social sourcing, and freelance marketplaces.
- Self-starter who can operate independently in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
