Summary

We are a U.S.-based staffing firm seeking a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support our recruiting team and manage day-to-day recruiting operations inside Zoho Recruit and the Zoho One platform.

This is a full-time role. Availability during U.S. Eastern Standard Time business hours is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and manage candidate and job data in Zoho Recruit

  • Support recruiters with administrative and operational tasks during busy periods

  • Organize and optimize workflows, fields, pipelines, and data within Zoho One

  • Assist with light candidate sourcing and candidate follow-up outreach

  • Maintain clean, accurate, and well-organized recruiting systems

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit (required)

  • Familiarity with Zoho One applications (CRM, workflows, analytics a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail and process-oriented mindset

  • Reliable, organized, and proactive

  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. Eastern Time hours

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting recruiting or staffing teams

  • Basic sourcing or candidate outreach experience

  • Experience improving or documenting recruiting workflows
