We’re looking for a proactive and personable Virtual Recruiter to help attract and hire top talent. This role is perfect for motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow—even if you have no prior recruiting experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Source potential candidates through online platforms, networking, and direct outreach.
- Screen resumes and support initial interview processes.
- Coordinate interviews and assist with candidate communications.
- Maintain an organized talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department leads to understand staffing requirements.
- Support the full recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Update and maintain applicant tracking systems (ATS) as needed.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required—we value attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Friendly, approachable personality with a positive, team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with ATS or HR software is a plus but not required.
Work Details & Benefits:
- Rate: $3–$5 per hour (based on experience and skill level)
- Schedule: 3 hours/day, Monday to Friday
- Weekly pay every Friday
