Recruit High-Quality Shopify VAs into a New Affiliate Program (Ongoing Role) full time

We’re looking for a sharp, well-connected Shopify virtual assistant or recruiter to help us grow an invite-only affiliate program for a new Shopify tool that VAs and their clients love.

Your job is simple but high-impact:

• Identify and reach out to top-performing Shopify VAs who work with serious stores
• Invite them to join a new paid affiliate program (high commission + helpful product)
• Onboard them using our ready-made message templates and dashboard
• Track leads and results — optional long-term growth role available

This is not a cold sales job — you're introducing VAs to a tool that protects their work and helps them look good to their clients. Many will thank you for it.

• Already work as a Shopify VA, team lead, or agency recruiter
• Know where to find the best VAs (Facebook groups, Upwork, Fiverr, OnlineJobs.ph, Reddit, LinkedIn)
• Write friendly, respectful DMs and build trust quickly
• Are detail-oriented and can track outreach results

• Fixed rate per batch of qualified VAs recruited (e.g. 25–50+)
• Performance bonus for each VA that becomes an active affiliate
• Potential to grow into Affiliate Program Manager or Community Lead (if you do well)
