I’m hiring a reliable Virtual Assistant to support a real estate business. You must be organised, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions without constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Admin tasks: data entry, CRM updates, file organisation

• Simple design work (Canva): brochures, social media tiles, basic edits

• Assist with property listings and research

• Send email/SMS updates to clients

• Document coordination (sales advice, contracts, forms)

• Lead follow-ups and appointment coordination (no cold calling)

Requirements:

• Strong English communication

• High attention to detail

• Canva + Google Workspace proficiency

• Reliable computer & stable internet

• Professional, organised, and responsive

• Familiarity with Australian property terms
