We’re looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant to join our real estate team! This role combines cold calling, lead generation, and administrative support—perfect for someone organized, proactive, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities:

Cold Calling & Lead Management:

  • Conduct cold calls to prospective buyers, sellers, and leads.
  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.

Administrative Support:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents.
  • Oversee email management and prioritize messages for timely responses.

Communication & Customer Service:

  • Serve as a liaison between our team, clients, and external partners.
  • Respond professionally via email, chat, and phone.
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company with professionalism.

Task & Project Coordination:

  • Assist with project coordination, data entry, and document management.
  • Track tasks and deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Conduct online research and compile data to support decision-making.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, online collaboration platforms, and project management tools.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • CRM experience is not essential – full training provided.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Previous cold calling experience, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with social media management, email marketing, and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English.
