Real Estate Inside Sales Agent and Appointment Setter hourly

We are a dynamic, full-service real estate brokerage seeking energetic and motivated Cold Callers and Appointment Setters to connect with our Seller and Buyer leads. You’ll use proven real estate scripts and dialogues to build rapport, gather critical information, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold real estate leads
• Use proven real estate conversion scripts to engage prospects effectively
• Speak with an American/United States accent—no foreign accents
• Sound enthusiastic, confident, and energetic on every call
• Vary tone, use strategic pauses, and actively listen to build genuine connections
• Collect and accurately document lead information
• Set and confirm appointments for listing or buyer consultations
• Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with leads
