We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Cold Calling Virtual Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for calling homeowners, gathering information, and setting appointments. We have a large and consistently updated lead list for you to work through. Each list varies, so you will need to stay organized and track progress effectively. Microsoft excel or google sheets will be needed to track progress and take notes
Call homeowners from our provided lists (each list is different).
✅ Follow a script and engage in conversations to gauge seller motivation.
✅ Set appointments for serious sellers and schedule follow-ups.
✅ Take detailed notes on each call, including seller motivation, asking price, and objections.
✅ Log all call details in a shared Google Sheet or Excel document for tracking.
🔹 Must have experience in real estate cold calling.
🔹 Fluent in English with minimal accent.
🔹 Comfortable making multiple calls per day and handling objections.
🔹 Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
🔹 Experience with dialers
🔹 Ability to stay organized and consistent with note-taking.
