Real Estate Cold Caller | Long-Term Role | Bonuses + Commission full time

We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Cold Caller who wants long-term work and the chance to grow into a closer role.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys talking to people, building rapport, and improving their sales skills.

You will start with cold calling.

Over time, top performers can move into lead management and deal closing.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Call property owners using our dialer
• Follow a proven script
• Build rapport with sellers
• Identify motivated homeowners
• Set appointments for our acquisitions team
• Update notes in our CRM

You will not be guessing.

We provide scripts, training, and ongoing coaching.
