Real Estate Cold Caller (Full-Time | Remote | Long-Term) full time

We are a rapidly expanding Real Estate Acquisitions team, and we aren’t looking for "gig workers"—we are looking for a foundational team member. This is a remote, full-time position where you are the "tip of the spear." You will be responsible for engaging property owners, uncovering their motivations, and setting the stage for our acquisitions team to close deals.

• High-Volume Outreach: Use our automated dialer to connect with property owners and agents.
• Lead Qualification: Go beyond the script to identify genuine seller motivation and urgency.
• Data Management: Maintain a clean pipeline with accurate notes in our CRM.
• Consistent Follow-up: Execute rigorous follow-up sequences to ensure no lead goes cold.

• Proven Track Record: At least 1–2 years of cold calling experience (Real Estate experience is a major plus).
