Overview: We're looking for five (5) high-energy, results-driven Cold Callers / Lead Generation Specialists who thrives in a fast-paced environment and isn't afraid to pick up the phone or slide into a DM. This role is critical to our growth. Your primary responsibility is to identify potential clients, initiate contact through outbound calls, and nurture those relationships through consistent social media follow-ups until prospects convert into qualified leads and paying customers.

Key Responsibilities
-Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients daily
-Introduce our company, clearly articulate our value proposition, and present our services
-Identify decision-makers and qualify leads based on company criteria
-Build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally
-Follow up with prospects across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.) through direct messages, comments, and engagement
-Maintain a consistent multi-channel pipeline calls, DMs, and email follow-ups working in sync
-Re-engage cold leads through thoughtful, personalized social outreach
-Convert leads into scheduled appointments or direct clients
-Accurately log all call activity, social touchpoints, notes, and outcomes in CRM systems
-Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly contact and conversion quotas
-Continuously refine pitch delivery, messaging, and closing techniques
Performance Expectations

-Active and professional social media follow-up activity across multiple platforms
-Strong conversion rates from outreach to qualified leads

Qualifications
-Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred but not required for highly driven candidates)
-Excellent verbal AND written communication skills — you sound just as sharp on the phone as you do in a DM
-Comfort and confidence using social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) for professional outreach
-Strong resilience and the ability to handle rejection without losing momentum
-Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic
-Ability to think quickly and adapt conversations in real time
-Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools (or willingness to learn)
