Position: Real Estate Cold Caller / Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and text messages to potential leads.
  • Follow up with inbound leads through multiple communication channels.
  • Qualify leads based on set criteria and determine readiness to buy or sell.
  • Schedule appointments for real estate agents with qualified leads.
  • Maintain and update the CRM system accurately.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to convert them into clients.
  • Track and report daily call logs, appointments set, and lead conversion metrics.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle objections professionally.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate, sales, or telemarketing preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other real estate tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High-speed internet connection and a quiet home office setup.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of real estate terminology and industry trends.
  • Experience with lead generation platforms.
  • Familiarity with scripts and objection-handling techniques.
