We are a growing real estate acquisitions team seeking an experienced Cold Caller for a full-time, long-term remote position.
This role is ideal for someone reliable, structured, and confident on the phone, with experience speaking to real estate professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to real estate agents
- Gather key property details and qualify leads
- Accurately enter notes and updates into the CRM
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Coordinate with the acquisitions team to identify opportunities

Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and strong English communication skills (Preferred)
- Neutral English accent preferred
- Previous cold calling experience (required)

Compensation:
- Starting rate: up to $7/hour (based on experience and performance)
- Commission on closed deals
- Performance-based increases over time
