Our client is seeking a Real Estate Associate Attorney with approximately 3–6 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Real Estate practice in New York.
The successful candidate will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, commercial real estate finance, joint ventures, REITs, and real estate fund transactions. Attorneys in this practice represent developers, institutional investors, lenders, borrowers, private equity funds, REITs, and other market participants in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
Approximately 3–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
Experience representing clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions.
Experience representing lenders and borrowers in commercial real estate finance transactions.
Experience with joint ventures, REITs, real estate funds, and commercial real estate finance.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong academic credentials.
Admitted to practice in New York or eligible for admission.
Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions in a fast-paced environment while working collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
