Key Responsibilities
- Speak with homeowners interested in selling their properties
- Build rapport and gather information about each property and situation
- Manage follow-ups and maintain lead updates using CRM systems
- Help move leads through the acquisition process toward signed agreements
- Meet daily activity expectations and performance goals
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in sales or real estate required
- Strong English communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable speaking with leads over the phone throughout the day
- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Organized and able to manage follow-ups effectively
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace required
