Our St. Louis, MO-based real estate investment company is looking for a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to join our remote team. Who We Are: We’re an established and growing investment company that works directly with property owners to acquire residential real estate. Our team is expanding, and we’re searching for a skilled negotiator to help us close more deals while providing excellent service to homeowners.
Position Overview: As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist, you’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, assess property details, make verbal offers, and negotiate terms to secure purchase agreements. This is a performance-driven role with uncapped commission potential, ideal for someone who loves sales and is confident when handling objections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct conversations with homeowners to understand property details and motivation.
- Make competitive offers and negotiate terms using company-provided scripts and tools.
- Handle objections with professionalism and persistence to close deals.
- Document call notes, offers, and seller interactions within our CRM.
- Follow up on warm leads to nurture and finalize transactions.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, cold calling, or direct-to-seller negotiations.
- Proven track record of closing deals in real estate (wholesale, acquisitions, or similar).
- Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Comfortable making 100+ calls daily and engaging in negotiation-driven conversations.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and the ability to document interactions accurately.
- Proactive mindset with resilience when handling objections.
We’re Not a Fit If:
- You’ve never closed a real estate transaction.
- Your experience is limited to general VA tasks (e.g., data entry, admin work).
- You’re uncomfortable making outbound calls or negotiating.
- You have unreliable internet, inconsistent power, or a noisy work environment.
Compensation & Work Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: Up to $7.00/hr (based on experience) + performance-based bonuses.
- Top Performers: Regularly earn $2,500+ per month with commissions and incentives.
- Payment Schedule: 1st and 15th of each month.
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM CST (40 hours/week).
