We’ve completed hundreds of deals and flips and we have an active acquisitions team consistently securing 3-4 contracts per week. We are seeking a high energy Acquisitions Manager to join our A-Team!
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Leads: Respond swiftly to distressed homeowners and initiate meaningful conversations.
- Build Relationships: Make outbound calls, create connections with Real Estate Agent and Home Owners
- Convert Leads into Sales: close deals effectively.
- Manage Your Pipeline: Stay organized, follow up consistently, and keep momentum with your leads.
- Utilize CRM: Log interactions and updates in our system to ensure accurate tracking and seamless communication.
- Achieve Targets: Work towards both individual and team goals to drive results and success.
- Remote Work: Work in virtual office with the team.

- 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in fast-paced environments.

- Must have strong internet connection and computer camera.

Compensation: $8-12 per hour with $250-$1,000 bonus for every deal closed
$1,000 sign on bonus paid out after 30 days of employment
