  • Manage daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Prepare and review Profit & Loss Statements, balance sheets, and other financial reports.
  • Perform account reconciliations, including bank, credit card, Stripe, and third-party platforms.
  • Ensure all entries follow proper accounting standards and QuickBooks Pro guidelines.
  • Conduct routine audits to verify accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
  • Track expenses, categorize transactions, and monitor cash flow.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
  • Use QuickBooks for data entry, reporting, invoicing, and financial tracking.
  • Manage Stripe payouts, refunds, disputes, and transaction audits.
  • Reconcile Stripe records with QuickBooks to ensure accuracy.
  • Handle basic admin tasks such as scheduling, email management, file organization, and updating spreadsheets.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and financial logs.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams when needed.
  • Experience: At least 1 year as an accountant or bookkeeper with international clients
  • Certification: QuickBooks certified
  • Availability: Able to work on a US time zone shift
  • Communication: Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Attitude: Tech-savvy with a proactive mindset
