KENTECH is seeking an individual with excellent communication skills and experience with being consistently accountable for their role.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality control audits on investigative reports to ensure accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Verify all investigative requirements, clerical information, and content before report submission.
• Collaborate with auditors and investigators to ensure adherence to investigative standards.
• Update report templates and effectively communicate changes to the KENTECH team.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information within reports and ensure resolution.
• Assist in developing and maintaining procedural manuals for auditing processes.
• Coach and train team members on reporting best practices.
• Report findings to leadership and recommend process improvements.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of experience in auditing, investigations, quality control, or research-based customer service.
• Strong investigative and analytical skills—able to catch inconsistencies and missing details.
• Background in report writing—must be able to review and assess documentation effectively.
• Proficiency in office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Experience handling confidential information and working in a compliance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Pre-Law, Paralegal, Political Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in background investigations, legal research, or compliance auditing.
• Familiarity with investigative records and background check processes.
