Main requirements

For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Solid understanding of Agile methods 
• Strong experience with test automation tools (Gherkin, Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Hands-on coding skills (JavaScript, etc.) and knowledge of SQL and APIs (Postman)
• A rigorous and organized mindset
• Great interpersonal and listening skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A strong commitment to improving service quality and processes
• Comfortable communicating in English — bonus points if you can follow a basic conversation in French
• Availability for a remote work model based in Portugal
