We are seeking a Quality Analyst with a strong technical background to ensure the highest level of product quality and reliability across our SaaS-based KYC solutions. The role involves both manual and automated testing, root-cause analysis, and close collaboration with developers and product teams. You will help maintain system integrity and drive continuous improvement in software performance and user experience. This is a full-time remote role.

  • Perform manual and automated testing across web and API platforms to identify software defects and usability issues.
  • Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test scripts, and regression test suites.
  • Collaborate with developers and project managers to reproduce, prioritize, and resolve defects efficiently.
  • Ensure software releases meet internal quality standards and client expectations.
  • Document testing results, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support release validation activities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing roles.
  • Proficiency in using QA tools such as Jira, TestRail, and automation tools like Selenium or Postman.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and testing best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Technical experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, and web application architecture.
  • Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter) is an advantage.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-driven mindset.
