Property Manager and Co Listing Agent full time

Locations: US, Canada, Europe (France, Italy, Spain, etc), Mexico, Caribbean, Costa Rica.

About the Role:

Our Company are seeking an experienced Remote Property Manager / Co-Listing Agent to join our team in managing Airbnb properties across key locations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day property operations, guest communications, and inquiry responses.
• Manage multi-channel listing calendars and optimize dynamic pricing strategies to maximize occupancy.
• Coordinate turnover schedules, including cleaning and maintenance management between guest stays.
• Assist with onboarding new properties and maintaining high listing standards.

Location Requirement:

Candidates MUST be currently located in one of the following regions:

• Europe: Austria, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Switzerland
• North America: Canada, Mexico, United States
• Caribbean: Barbados, St. Barths, Turks and Caicos
• Central America: Costa Rica
