We are hiring a Web Development Project Manager to coordinate 15–20 developers, manage production timelines, and ensure consistent delivery within a 10-day production cycle.
Responsibilities:
– Assign website projects to developers
– Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
– Validate deliverables before QA
– Maintain and optimize development workflows
– Onboard new developers and maintain quality standards
– Work closely with SEO, branding, and maintenance departments
Requirements:
– Experience managing web development teams
– Strong understanding of WordPress, Webflow, and modern web technologies
– Excellent organizational and leadership skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
– Good communication skills
