Project Manager – Lead Generation (Prospectors) hourly

Compensation:

– First 6 weeks: commission-based only

– After 6 weeks: fixed salary + performance bonuses

Description:

We are seeking a Lead Generation Project Manager to oversee our prospectors responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales department.

Responsibilities:

– Manage daily activity of prospectors

– Improve scripts, workflows, and outreach processes

– Track KPIs: lead volume, qualification rate, show-up rate

– Ensure all leads meet company quality standards

– Train new prospectors and maintain performance consistency

– Work closely with the Sales Project Manager

Requirements:

– Experience managing outbound lead generation teams

– Strong analytical abilities

– Excellent leadership and communication

– Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

– Ability to operate in a high-speed growth environment
