Role Overview
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. You will act as the bridge between stakeholders, designers, and developers, translating product vision into clear execution plans. While this is not a hands-on engineering role, a basic understanding of software development—especially JavaScript-based applications—is important for effective communication and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and deliver multiple software projects from initiation to launch
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate daily activities between frontend, backend, and product teams
- Gather and clarify requirements from internal stakeholders and clients
- Track progress, manage risks, and resolve blockers proactively
- Lead stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
- Ensure clear documentation, reporting, and transparent communication
- Support product and leadership teams with delivery insights and metrics
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience managing software or digital product projects
- Strong understanding of modern web application development workflows
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and how frontend/backend systems interact
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage remote teams across different time zones
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership mentality
Nice to Have
- Experience managing teams in blockchain, fintech, or emerging tech environments
- Exposure to Web3 concepts, APIs, or decentralized systems
