We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager to lead software development projects and ensure successful delivery from planning through completion.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage software development projects.
- Work closely with developers, designers, QA engineers, and clients.
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress and resolve issues proactively.
- Organize Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and internal teams.
- Track project schedules and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare project documentation and regular status reports.
- Promote collaboration and continuous improvement across the team.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 3+ years of experience managing software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Professional English communication skills.
- Technical background in software development or information technology.
- Experience managing web, cloud, AI, or SaaS projects.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications are a plus.
