Job Overview

Embarque is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our content operations and publishing workflow. The successful candidate will manage multiple content-related tasks simultaneously, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain clear communication between internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is detail-oriented, and can take initiative without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the end-to-end publishing workflow across various CMS platforms, including Webflow, EmbedSocial, and WordPress

* Ensure content is properly formatted and optimized, including metadata, slugs, alt texts, internal linking, and layout checks

* Track content progress from writing and editing to client approvals and final publishing

* Communicate consistently with writers, editors, and client-facing teams to gather missing inputs and resolve blockers

* Maintain quality assurance by performing thorough checks before content goes live

* Update documentation and internal trackers as needed to reflect current workflows and process changes

* Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks to ensure projects are completed on time

* Escalate issues or bottlenecks early to the operations or account teams

* Suggest process improvements that enhance publishing speed and content consistency

Required Qualifications

* At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, content operations, or CMS-based publishing

* Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

* Familiarity with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar tools

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

* Ability to follow structured workflows while remaining flexible to shifting priorities

* Strong attention to detail and a high standard of quality control

* Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setup

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in content, editorial, or SEO-focused environments

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles (e.g., meta descriptions, keyword usage, on-page structure)

  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or project management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Notion, Trello)

  • Experience collaborating with global, cross-functional teams
