Global Wissen Consult (GWC) is hiring an experienced Program Manager to help manage and scale our growing digital education and innovation programs across B2B and B2C markets.
We work with universities, students, teenagers, and young professionals through programs focused on:
- AI & Emerging Technologies
- Software Development
- UI/UX
- Data Analysis
- Branding & Digital Marketing
- Entrepreneurship
- 3D Printing & Innovation
This is not an entry-level admin role. We are specifically looking for someone who has previously managed educational programs, digital learning initiatives, youth-focused communities, accelerator programs, or training operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Program Operations
- Coordinate and manage digital skills programs from planning to execution
- Manage onboarding, schedules, tutors, timelines, and student communication
- Ensure programs run smoothly and efficiently
- Improve workflows, systems, and operational processes
B2B & Relationship Management
- Support relationships with universities and institutional partners
- Follow up with stakeholders and ensure deliverables are met
- Coordinate onboarding and communication with partner schools
B2C Program Expansion
- Support the launch and management of direct-to-consumer programs
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure smooth program launches
- Help improve customer/student experience and retention
Team Coordination
- Follow up with tutors, coordinators, creatives, and marketing teams
- Ensure tasks are completed on time
- Track execution, deadlines, and operational updates
Systems & Digital Operations
- Organize workflows using digital tools and project management systems
- Help manage CRM/LMS systems and operational dashboards
- Document SOPs and improve operational efficiency
