Technical Project Manager / Product Implementation Manager
About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager who acts as the bridge between our clients and our development team.
Your mission: translate client needs into clear, actionable tasks for developers and ensure every workflow, integration, and automation is delivered exactly as promised.
You’ll collaborate with clients (mostly founders, clinic owners, or business executives) to understand their desired outcomes — and then work closely with our developers to turn those ideas into working AI workflows, APIs, and automations.
This role is perfect for someone who is bilingual in business and tech — empathetic with clients, structured with developers, and obsessed with results.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct onboarding and requirement calls with clients to understand project scope and needs
• Translate business requirements into precise technical documentation (API specs, workflows, use cases)
• Coordinate with developers to ensure correct and timely delivery
• Test workflows and integrations before delivery to ensure functional quality
• Manage communication channels (Slack, ClickUp/Jira, Loom) to reduce unnecessary back-and-forth
• Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations
• Identify recurring bottlenecks and propose system/process improvements

Qualifications
• Strong understanding of APIs, automation tools (Zapier, Make, Twilio, etc.), and web integrations
• Excellent English communication skills — both with clients and tech teams
• Experience working with international remote development teams
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• (Optional but ideal) Knowledge in AI, voicebots, or CRM integrations
