Product Marketing Manager full time

We are offering an immediate opening for a Product Marketing Manager based in Europe. We expect from this role to bridge the gap between marketing, product development, and technology.

**YOUR MAIN DUTIES: **

  • Conceptualize, plan and execute new ad campaign launches. Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Define and document marketing assets / online product development requirements (e.g., landing pages, banners, funnels, APIs, payment integrations) and communicate them effectively to the development team.
  • Work closely with the media buyer(s), designers and developers to test and optimize user flows and improve conversion rates.
  • Plan and monitor A/B split-test campaigns. Propose and initiate marketing assets and sales funnel improvements all the way to design and technical implementations, ensuring high-performing and compliant ad campaigns rollouts
  • Collaborate with the media buying team (Google Ads, DSPs) to align product development with campaign performance and conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices
  • Research and implement new technologies and tools in order to enhance the overall productivity and campaign ROI (i.e. tracking, fraud prevention, monetization tools)

**YOUR ATTRIBUTES: **

  • 3 + years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or a related role within performance marketing, ad tech, or mobile marketing.
  • Basic understanding of the programmatic media buying as well as the performance-based advertising ecosystem (i.e. Google Ads, Facebook, DSPs, affiliate marketing, and conversion rate optimization).
  • Strong knowledge when it comes to the landing page production, tracking solutions, API integrations, postback integrations etc. 
  • Experience working with development teams and writing clear product requirements (PRDs).
  • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, etc.).
  • A data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and project management skillset 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail
