We’re on the lookout for a Product Marketer to join our expanding team and drive our company’s growth!

The Challenge

We are seeking a Product Marketer to optimize product pages, improve conversion rates, and develop category-specific marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and a strategic approach to increasing profitability.

Day in the Life of a Product Marketer at GT Ecom

• Optimize product pages to improve conversion rate (CVR) and average order value (AOV) through bundle sales;

• Monitor all live discounts and cost structures (ads, refunds, procurement costs, etc.) to maximize profit margins;

• Collaborate with suppliers to enhance product selection, align product images, and integrate customer feedback for better quality control;

• Develop audience targeting strategies for different sub-categories (e.g., activewear vs. party dresses);

• Create creative requests to improve ad performance.

Success Drivers in the first 90 days for this Role 

  • Select product pages to test and optimize for higher Conversion rate
  • Review different stores' discounts and optimize for higher profit margin
  • Improve product media assets' quality
  • Propose audience strategy for different stores

Your Team When You Join Us

As a Product Marketer, you'll play a key role in optimizing product pages, improving conversion rates, and developing category-specific marketing strategies. Reporting to Chief Marketing Officer, you'll collaborate with the marketing team to enhance product positioning, maximize profitability, and drive performance through data-driven insights.

We would love to hear from you if…

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing or e-commerce, with a strong understanding of product marketing strategies; 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to optimize conversion rates and profit margins based on data insights; 
  • Familiarity with cross-border e-commerce operations and cost structures in supply chains and advertising;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
