Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Product Lister to manage and upload product listings across our e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure product information is accurate, complete, and optimized for search visibility and conversions. This role plays a key part in maintaining a professional and appealing online store presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Create, edit, and upload product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, eBay, or Etsy.
Write clear, engaging, and keyword-optimized product titles and descriptions.
Upload and organize high-quality product images and videos.
Input accurate product data including SKUs, pricing, attributes, and inventory levels.
Conduct keyword research to improve product ranking and visibility.
Ensure all listings comply with platform-specific rules and brand guidelines.
Update product availability and pricing as needed.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and design teams to maintain listing accuracy.
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements to increase sales.
Assist in handling listing errors, suppressions, or compliance issues.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Product Lister, E-commerce Assistant, or similar role.
Familiarity with platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, eBay, or Etsy.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization for product listings.
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data entry and bulk uploads.
Excellent written English and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple listings and deadlines efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
Understanding of FBA/FBM or other fulfillment methods.
Basic knowledge of e-commerce analytics tools.
Familiarity with inventory management systems or ERP software.
