The Role

📍 BGC, Taguig (hybrid)

đź•™ 10 AM - 7 PM PHT

Ready to Turn Systems into Serious Growth? Do you get a thrill from watching a complex process become seamless? Do you obsess over efficiency gaps, automation triggers, and uncovering untapped workflow opportunities? Are you the kind of person who sees a manual task and immediately starts mentally engineering a better way to do it?

If you answered yes, keep reading.

We are looking for a Product Developer who does not just “manage processes” but re-invents them. Someone who sees R&D as a growth engine, not a back-office function.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Architect and execute internal R&D experiments across our diverse event delivery and guest acquisition processes
  • Optimize workflows, data systems, and team structures to strengthen the operational foundation of our global events
  • Lead pilot programs for new internal tools and technologies that elevate the executive experience
  • Conduct strategic "stress tests" on current systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks before they impact scaling
  • Partner closely with Operations and Sales teams to ensure every internal system is performance-driven and user-friendly
  • Use tools such as Zapier, Airtable, and CRM platforms to turn manual headaches into automated, actionable insights
  • Monitor industry trends in automation and AI to proactively adapt our processes and maintain a competitive advantage

Who We're Looking For:

  • You think in flowcharts, triggers, and scalability opportunities
  • You are analytical but creative, and you enjoy "breaking" things just to build them back better
  • You are comfortable owning the lab, running experiments from hypothesis to full-scale rollout
  • You stay ahead of no-code and automation trends because you genuinely enjoy the space
  • You want your work to have visible, measurable impact on a global team’s daily life
  • With a background in systems design, operations, or product development, you understand that the best product is a frictionless process.

Why Join The Club?

At The Ortus Club, we move fast, think big, and value the power of a great story. If you’re ready to step onto a global stage and make your mark, we want to hear from you!

Perks and Benefits:

  • Government benefits + 13th month pay
  • HMO (upon regularization)
  • Paid leaves + other allowances (on day 1)
  • Company equipment (MacBook Air) and welcome kit
  • Monthly performance appraisal during your first 6 months (and then quarterly thereafter)
  • Anniversary bonus + company merch for milestones
